This year has been nothing short of magical so far. I had the absolute joy of hosting not one, but two unforgettable DIARRABLU events, one in New York City and the other in Miami, and I’m still glowing from all the energy, connection, and beauty we shared.
These events were about so much more than fashion. They were celebrations of community, creativity, culture, and love, the things that sit at the very core of everything I do and everything DIARRABLU stands for.

In April, we gathered for an intimate evening at Fasano Restaurant in Manhattan. Guests like Kelly Augustine, Chelsea Boatey, Tenicka Boyd, Dominique Drakeford, and Constance White (to name a few) lit up the room with their brilliance, their warmth, and, of course, their bold DIARRABLU prints.
The best part about New York is always the community. Soulful. Brilliant. Supportive. Rooted in culture and bursting with creativity. When I left home at 16, my grandmother said a prayer for me: “May you always find a community that feels like home, no matter where you go.” New York, you did that. You showed up with open hearts and pure light, and turned the evening into something I’ll never forget.
Together, we shaped the vision for KEA, a collection that speaks directly to the lives, dreams, and individuality of the women who inspire everything I do.

the miami chapter
One month later - in Miami, we brought the celebration to Casa Neos for a Mediterranean soirée that felt straight out of a dream. Surrounded by so many beautiful muses wearing custom pieces I designed just for them.
The night was filled with tropical cocktails, heartfelt conversations, and vibrant color. I was especially moved by how culture came alive—through sound, language, laughter, and dance. It felt like living art. Both familiar and new. Like home, and discovery, all at once.
KEA is my love letter to the freedom of summer and to the incredible community that surrounds this brand. It’s about breathing deeply, dressing freely, and remembering the joy of simply being somewhere between sea and sky. This collection was shaped by the women who wear it. It’s theirs as much as it is mine.

Meeting so many of you in person this season filled me with gratitude I can’t even put into words. Every conversation, every hug, every look you brought to life, it means the world to me. These moments are what fuel everything I do.

This is the heart of DIARRABLU: joy, magic, and beauty without borders. I hope we can bring this magic all over the world, this is just the beginning.
