behind our summer '22 collection
Inspired by the moon, its rich geometry, abundance, convertibility and timelessness, LUNA is a collection of versatile pieces created intentionally to be mixed and matched for a riche vacation wardrobe.
To celebrate the harmonious dance between moon and sun, a new assortment of prints and colors are created both organically and algorithmically. Graphic monochromatic prints take inspiration from the intricate geometry found in traditional raffia carpets from the Kuba kingdom, where cosmology played a very important role in culture and spirituality. The Kuba region, known today as the Democratic Republic of Congo, was one of the most powerful African societies between the 17th and 20th century.

Blossoming florals, celebrating the sun’s flourishing energy on nature are created in a rich palette of teals and yellows with touches of bright tangerine and gold.
Bold jewelry designed with mathematical equations and handcrafted by Senegalese artisans in upcycled brass takes inspiration from different phases of lunar transformations influenced by the sun.
LUNA also features versatile swimwear and cover ups, designed to be styled multiple ways or dressed up as bodysuits for fun summer parties.
To be paired with our bold prints, timeless sustainable solids in teal and mustard are handcrafted in lyocell, a sustainable and biodegradable fabric made from the natural cellulose found in wood pulp and known for its economical use of energy and natural resources.
